    <li>Save your Principalm Activation File to your desktop.</li>
    <li>Install <a href="/support/principalm/help/principalm/download" title="Principalm" />Principalm</a>.</li>
    <li>Principalm Connect will run after the installation is complete.  Click Add my first school now.</li>
    <li>Click Load from file. Browse to the Principalm Activation File.  Select it and click Open.  Click OK.</li>
    <li>Under SIS Bridge | Data, click Browse.  Select the folder C:\Program Files\Discovery Software\Principalm\DemoData\.</li>
    <li>Under Student Photos | Folder, click Browse.  Select the folder C:\Program Files\Discovery Software\Principalm\DemoData\.</li>
    <li>Under Student Photos | Identified By, select Photo ID.</li>
    <li>Under Staff Photos | Folder, click Browse.  Select the folder C:\Program Files\Discovery Software\Principalm\DemoData\.</li>
    <li>Under Staff Photos | Identified By, select Photo ID.</li>
    <li>Click Update Device.</li>
    <li>Select your card drive or BlackBerry card drive.  Enter and confirm a password.  Click Update Now.</li>

<p>To confirm why you cannot see the Principalm icon, change to the default theme by following the steps below:</p>

<ul>
    <li> Access the BlackBerry menu and select Options</li>
    <li> Select Theme</li>
    <li> Select the &#8220;default&#8221; theme</li>
    <li> Choose activate (not necessary on some BlackBerry devices)</li>
    <li> Exit to the home screen, and look for the Principalm application icon (note: on some devices the icon is listed under Downloads)</li>
