- Android® devices (OS 1.6 or higher) with a memory card
- iOS® devices (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad)
- Palm® (OS 5.0 with a memory card)
- Windows® Mobile Pocket PC 2003 with a memory card
- Windows® Mobile 5-6 with a memory card (note: Windows Phone 7 not supported)
- BlackBerry® OS 4.3-6 with a memory card

An OS upgrade is available from BlackBerry®: Update. Please contact your network provider to find out whether upgrades are supported on your device.
Hardware:
- For Android devices, you will need a memory card and a USB cable.
- For iOS devices, you will need a WiFi (802.11) network.
- For Palm® and Windows® handhelds, a memory card.
- For BlackBerry® handhelds, a USB sync cable.
- For Palm®, Windows®, and BlackBerry® handhelds, a memory card.
