Is HotSync/ActiveSync supported?
Palm & Windows Mobile:
HotSync/ActiveSync is not supported for Palm and Windows Mobile devices. Principalm Connect will not recognize the PDA handheld as an external drive to transfer data. All data must be stored and encrypted on a memory card. Synchronizing options include: updating data directly to your hard drive or network drive, then synchronizing the data directly to the storage card on your handheld.
BlackBerry:
BlackBerry sync is supported. You will need a USB sync cable to connect the device. All data should be stored and encrypted on a memory card. Principalm Connect will recognize the internal and external drive. We recommend that you choose the external drive to install Principalm+.
