How do I configure Principalm Connect with demonstration data?

You may update your card with demonstration data.  These steps require:

If you do not have a Principalm Activation File, please contact care@discoverysoftware.com

  1. Save your Principalm Activation File to your desktop.
  2. Install Principalm.
  3. Principalm Connect will run after the installation is complete.  Click Add my first school now.
  4. Click Load from file. Browse to the Principalm Activation File.  Select it and click Open.  Click OK.
  5. Under SIS Bridge | Data, click Browse.  Select the folder C:\Program Files\Discovery Software\Principalm\DemoData\.
  6. Under Student Photos | Folder, click Browse.  Select the folder C:\Program Files\Discovery Software\Principalm\DemoData\.
  7. Under Student Photos | Identified By, select Photo ID.
  8. Under Staff Photos | Folder, click Browse.  Select the folder C:\Program Files\Discovery Software\Principalm\DemoData\.
  9. Under Staff Photos | Identified By, select Photo ID.
  10. Click Update Device.
  11. Select your card drive or BlackBerry card drive.  Enter and confirm a password.  Click Update Now.
  12. Follow the Principalm+ Installation steps for your particular device.
