Principalm crashed on my iPhone OS device. How can I report this?

Crash reports are saved automatically on your iPhone OS device.  Follow the steps below to send them to us, so that we can resolve the issue:

  1. Connect your iPhone OS device to your computer.  Allow the sync to occur.
  2. Browse to the follow directory:
    • Mac: /Users/<username>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<name of iPhone>’s iPhone/
      Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/<DEVICE_NAME>
      Windows Vista/7: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
  3. Email support@discoverysoftware.com all crash reports starting with the name “Principalm”.  Feel free to compress the files before emailing.
