Why do I get error, “No Data Found” in Principalm+?
There are a few reasons why you might receive this message:
Please confirm the following files/folders have been written to the memory card: PALM
BlackBerry
Help
2577
Principalm BlackBerry.jad
Principalm BB Storm.jad
Principalm Windows Mobile
principalm.logThere is a chance your SD card is not being recognized if left in the PDA for long periods of time. Try reinserting the card and restarting Principalm+.
On Palm, this can happen if your card was formatted with FAT32. Palm devices are not able to read cards formatted with FAT32. Please reformat your card to FAT/FAT16, then update Principalm+ again.
On Palm, this can also be caused by corrupt preference. You will need to uninstall Principalm+ to correct this.
On iOS devices, click the “Sync” button and choose the computer name in that is running the iPhone Update Service, in the list that appears. Data is transferred over WiFi to your iOS device. For more information on the Sync screen click here
