Jostens
Jostens usually provides two CD’s. The first CD contains primary photos; the second CD includes retakes only.
Installing Jostens ImageBASE CD and Student Photos
If you have already installed the CD from Jostens, you can skip these steps.
- Insert “Jostens ImageBASE CD #1″.
- Run Setup.exe from the CD to install Jostens ImageBASE.
- Follow prompts, accept license, and choose Typical Install.
Exporting Student Photos from Jostens CD
- Launch ImageBASE.
- Enter school name and select country.
- Select File | Export | Picture | JPEG.
- Select “All Students” then Next.
- Select location on hard disk to export photos to (for instance, c:\studentphotos).
- At “Export Complete”, select Exit.
- Close ImageBASE.
When you receive the retakes CD:
- Delete all student photos in the export folder (for instance, c:\studentphotos).
- Repeat the steps under Exporting Student Photos from Jostens CD to export photos again.
