Treo 700p Series Issue

If photos are not showing up on your Treo 700p, 750p, 755p, this may be an issue with the data being synced from the desktop.

You can determine whether you have this problem by following these steps: 1. Hard reset your Treo. (Be sure to back up your devive prior to a hard reset) 2. Without syncing with your desktop, insert the Principalm SD card into your device (Principalm will install and run). 3. Look at a student who should have a photo. If their photo shows up, then the problem is with the desktop sync.

If you have the desktop sync problem, please follow Palm’s recommendations for upgrading from a Treo device to a newer one:

  1. Remove or rename the Backup folder from your desktop Palm folder
  2. Perform a hard reset of your Treo
  3. Sync to your user account. This may require that you re-install all applications from your previous backup folder to the new one that is created.
