Setting Up Your SIS Bridge Connection
SIS Bridge setup is done on the Schools screen:
Select the school you wish to set up from the list on the left. If your school is not there, refer to add or update licenses for instructions on adding it.
SIS Bridge Setup
If you have not yet set up and run your SIS Bridge, you should do so now. This will allow Principalm Connect to make some settings for you automatically.
Data
In the Data edit box, enter the path to the data your SIS Bridge extracted for this school. If the path is entered correctly, a status icon will show, and the name and version of your SIS will appear beside SIS Bridge.
If there is a problem with the entered path, a different status icon will show, and a message will appear at the top of the screen. You can also hold your mouse over the icon to view the message.
School Number
In many cases, it is not necessary to enter a school number. If you don’t need one, this box will disappear after you set your Data path.
If the School Number box is still visible after you set your Data path, you may need to enter your school number, as defined in your SIS. Please consult your SIS Bridge documentation for instructions on getting this number.
