Setting Blackberry Mass Storage Mode
In order to load Principalm data onto your Blackberry, it must be configured to run in Mass Storage Mode when connected to your PC.
To enable mass storage mode complete the following steps:
From the Home screen of the BlackBerry® smartphone, select
1.BlackBerry Device Software 6.0 and 7.0: Options > Device > Storage 2.BlackBerry Device Software 4.5 to 5.0: Options > Media Card or Memory 3.BlackBerry Device Software 4.3 and lower: Options > Advanced Options > Media Card
Enable Media Card Support
1.BlackBerry Device Software 6.0 and 7.0: Put a check mark beside Media Card Support.
2.BlackBerry Device Software 5.0 and lower: Set Media Card Support to On. Set Mass Storage Mode Support to On. Set Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected to Prompt or Yes.
3.Press the Menu key and click Save.
