Online support settings are made on the Support screen:
Check the Internet for Software Updates
Each time Principalm Connect starts up, it will check the Discovery Software website for a new version of Principalm and any of the SIS Bridges you are using. If it finds any, it will notify you with a message at the top of the screen.
Send Performance Information to Discovery Software Support
This sends information about whether your school has been set up, and whether your update process is running as smoothly as it should, to Discovery Support. If we detect problems with your setup, we will contact you to offer assistance.
