Performance Information
Principalm Connect can be configured to send performance information to Discovery Software. We use this information to diagnose potential problems with your setup, and gather performance metrics for our software.
The information is sent each time Principalm Connect performs a device update.
The information contains your license serial number(s), so it could be used to identify what school the information came from.
You can enable or disable the sending of performance information by checking the “Send performance information to Discovery Software support” box on the Support screen.
