Users
If you update more than one user’s device you should use create a profile for each in Principalm Connect.
To create a new user
Select Default User, then click Add User. Type a name and click OK.
To create a new profile
Select the appropriate user from the “Users” drop down. Enter and confirm a password. Click Update Now.
Your settings will be saved for this user (ie, when you update cards for this user in the future, you will only need to select their user and their password will automatically be populated).
Known Issues:
- Settings are only saved when you close connect, or update a card for that specific user. So if you change a password for a given user, and then create a second user the initial user’s settings will not be saved.
- Selected schools are not currently associated with a user profile.
- User profiles cannot currently be deleted.
