Turn on Android USB Storage
In order to load Principalm data onto your Android device, it must be connected via USB cable to your PC, and then a connection manually established:
- Connect your Android device to your computer, using the device’s USB cable.
- On your Android device, pull down Notifications, then select “USB Connected”, then “Turn on USB storage”.
Or - A “Connect to PC” screen should be displayed on your device. Select “Disk Drive” from the list. Then click Done.
- Your computer should now recognize your device and either mount the SD card by name or assign it a drive letter.
- In Principalm Connect you may need to click the Rescan button once connected to have Principalm Connect recognize the newly mounted drive.
Your Android device may have more than one internal SD card, if this is the case you can update the Principalm data to either card and Principalm on Android can find the installation on any of the SD cards.
