Classes
The Classes screen shows classes for a person. This requires the Classes Module from Discovery Software. Generally if you click on a class for a student you will be taken to the Class Details Screen.
Android
The classes screen shows all of a Student’s classes. The information is shown in a table with the following headers: Per (Period); Class Name; Teacher; Rm (Room).
Clicking on a row in the table will take you to more detailed Class information.
Above the class table you may see Term and Day information or Date information. This choice can be changed by clicking the Menu button and clicking Show Schedule. The differences are detailed below:
By Term and Day
The default view for Classes is the Term and Day view. At the top of the class table you will see two drop down boxes. The box on the left contains the list of all defined Terms (or Reporting Periods) for your school. The right box contains the list of all defined Days for your school. Click each box to change the Term or Day respectively. Once you make your selection the class table will update.
By Date
In order to see this information your SIS data must support a full calendar. If it does not you will only be able to view data by Term and Day. If you select to see classes by Date you will see the classes for a given day with the current period highlighted in yellow. To change the date click on the date and a calendar will appear. Scroll through to the date (using the + or -), select the new data, and click the Set button. Clicking Cancel or Back will return to the class screen with no change in the date.
Period Display
Period may be shown in two different ways: by Period, which shows the period code of the class; or by Time, which shows the time frame for a given period. You can change this option by clicking the Menu button and clicking Class Time. You may not be able to see time information for your data, this may be because your SIS does not support this information.

Schedule
The schedule screen shows all of a Student’s classes.
Clicking on a row in the table will take you to more detailed Class information.
Above the class list you should see a Term and a Day indicator. This indicates which Term and Day classes are being shown for. Click on either to change the selection from the list of available choices. The available choices are determined by the available data.
Each row in the Class list will contain some or all of this information: Teacher Picture (or stub if no picture available), Class Name, Teacher Name, Room Number, Period.
