These icons are used as a quick view in the search screen to see if a Person has a given conduct entry.
No conduct icons are shown on iPhone.

Outcomes Completed
The completed status of an outcome can be quickly viewed by looking at the icons on the Incident screen.
These icons are not shown on iPhone, Blackberry, Palm or Windows Mobile.
